2. Confirm a time
We’ll be in touch within 24 hours to coordinate your consultation.
3. Consultation
We’ll meet at your property and together explore our collection of samples and products. We will take precise measurements of the space.
4. Quotation
Within 24 hours of your consultation, you’ll receive a custom quotation with a prompt to complete your order online. Your consultation fee will be credited, with an additional 5% off your order.
5. Installation
When your order is ready, we’ll return to complete the installation for you so you can settle into your transformed space with ease.

4. Production and delivery
Your pieces are made to measure with care, the majority tailored in Melbourne. Once ready, we’ll confirm your delivery date. You’ll also receive installation instructions, including tools required, placement guidance and care information.
5. Install
With clear step-by-step instructions, installation is simple and seamless. And if you need support at any stage, our team is always here to assist.

A sheer curtain or Roman blind comes as the 1 layer of fabric that you select, and generally only offers privacy during the day, where as a light filtering curtain or roman blind comes as 2 layers- the fabric that you select, along with a light filtering lining that is stitched to the rear, which provides you with privacy day and night time (silhouettes only visible), please note that with this option light still comes through, but your view is lost, where as a sheer product will allow your view to be maintained.
Our lead times are 4-5 weeks for curtains, roman blinds and roller blinds, 6 weeks for bamboo blinds and 6-8 weeks for plantation shutters.

Consultation fees start at $100, depending on your location. Our consultation fee is fully credited upon proceeding with your order. We also apply a further 5% off your final selection.
