Our Process

  1. First thing’s first, choose the window furnishing that you need, be it sheer curtains, blockout drapery, roman blinds, roller blinds, plantation shutters, or maybe a combination of each of these- that’s fine, every single window will go through as its own separate order, as you’ll soon see.

  2. Choose your fabric, this is the fun part! Hop onto our Find Your Fabric or Free Sample page where you can choose up to 10 samples that we’ll happily post out to you free of charge. Any more than 10 and we charge $3.00 per sample over 10.

  3. Next comes placing your order with us, and I can hear you thinking ‘but I’m useless when using a tape measure!'. Never fear, our instructional videos are here! You find all of the videos, diagrams and tutorials necessary to make sure you place the order correctly. And if we receive your order and something doesn’t seem quite right, we’ll give you a call to clarify. If you would rather us come out and take care of this for you, book us in for a Check Measure or an At Home Consultation
  4.  You’ll then receive your ‘Order Confirmation’ email confirming your order, then when your order is ready we will email you with a set of our video and written instructions, an outline of the tools required, a document telling you exactly where to situate the brackets (on curtain orders), an approximate ETA of when your goods will be delivered, and some helpful cleaning and maintenance instructions on how to keep your blinds, curtains or shutter looking spotless.

  5. When we have finished manufacturing your goods, we’ll send out an email message with a delivery date. From there you can either confirm or choose another date, or ask us to leave the goods in a safe place.

  6.  Now it’s time to install your products, and trust me- it’s easier than you think. Our instructional videos, photos and documents are very clear and outline all of the different components required to get your curtains, blinds or shutters perfectly installed and change the complete feel of your room.

  7. And rest assured, if you get stuck- we’re here, just give us a call, email or use the online chat on our website. We want you to get everything installed exactly as we have in our time in the trade, so don’t be shy to ask for help.
